Director of Digital Initiatives

Catholic Financial Life (CFL) has an exciting opportunity available for a Director of Digital Initiatives to join our team! This position reports directly to the CFL Chief Operating Officer. You will bring a strategic mindset to the CFL digital landscape. You will be a key leader in our continued digital transformation!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide expertise in the prioritization, sequencing, and delivery of digital initiatives, including Web, Member Portal, Agent Portal, CRM and Direct to Consumer sales solutions
  • Evaluate, acquire, and leverage digital technology and vendors to deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to members, prospects and CFL associates, advisors and brokers
  • Educate CFL stakeholders regarding industry best practices, evolving customer digital preferences and industry technology trends
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization including sales, marketing, IT and operations to deliver a relevant, impactful digital experience
  • Evolve digital experiences and manage product lifecycles consistent with changing market expectations, research and brand voice and develop a clear line of sight to experience performance, product metrics and operational support required to meet business objectives
  • Be a thought-leader, evangelize and drive collaborative, user-centered approaches to defining and solving problems
  • Become a trusted advisor to the COO and CFL leadership team

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 - 10 years of digital technology selection and delivery experience
  • A history of success in the delivery of digital roadmap components
  • A proven track record of high performance in a results-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills that can be dynamically adjusted to different situations and audiences
  • A desire to set and high expectations for the organization and then strive to exceed those expectations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A relentless passion to drive the evolution and continuous improvement of the organization and its customer relevance

 

A successful candidate will be organized, detail oriented and able to work independently.  Individual must be able to influence other associates at all organizational levels. 

Candidate must be skilled in effectively prioritizing work based on a balanced assessment of impact, urgency, and priority to maximize efficiency while minimizing risk.  Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to work well in a team environment.
